I am a Chicagoan who is currently based in NYC. During the day, I am a visual designer and art director for technology companies, working alongside both product and content. At other times, I am an editorial illustrator and artist.

I was the first designer at Cards Against Humanity, where I had a hand in establishing an internal design culture and building both brand, web, and a thriving community around the game. Afterwards, I led design of brand and product for an art startup (Electric Objects), and then helped rebrand and art direct content for musicians at Splice. I also maintain an independent practice working for a number of clients, including The New York Times Magazine, The Atlantic, The New Yorker, MIT Technology Review, GOOD Magazine, Intercom, Bleacher Report, Vox, & Medium.

Aside from all that, I make art, design textiles, and develop dumb websites.
